1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MyYearPlanner: Shifts & 365, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Application & Backups

MyYearPlanner is an offline-first personal planning, shift scheduling, and annual leave calculation tool. You are responsible for verifying critical work shift times, official employer rosters, and local backups exported via the app's Backup & Restore feature.

3. MyYearPlanner Pro & Subscriptions

Optional Pro features are available via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are managed directly through your Google Play Store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

MyYearPlanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any missed shifts, scheduling discrepancies, or data loss resulting from device failure or user error.
